If desired, it is also possible to pick up the goods in our Tartu warehouse yourself, for this you need to select “Pick it up myself” when making a purchase and wait for our notification when and to which address you need to come.
Transport fee in Estonia
Large goods such as sofas, beds and larger hard furniture, etc. – 39€
Small goods such as ottomans, armchairs, tables, chests of drawers, etc. – 15€
Small goods such as carpets, cleaning products, etc. – 9,90€
The exact delivery price is calculated at the cashier after entering the postal code Delivery is calculated once by the most expensive unit of delivery. I.e. if the purchase includes both a sofa and a rug, then the transport fee is calculated according to the more expensive item once, i.e. the transport fee of the sofa is 39€.
NB! Courier transport in Tartu and Tartu County is FREE.
For an additional fee, it is possible to order the following services from us
- Delivery of goods to the room – 12€/floor
- Assembly of goods and disposal of packaging – 96 €/unit
- Disposal of old furniture – 96€/unit

Transport fee to European Union countries: Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, etc.
Large goods such as sofas, beds and larger hard furniture, etc. – 240€
Small goods such as ottomans, armchairs, tables, chests of drawers, etc. – 120€
Small goods such as carpets, cleaning products, etc. – 30€
Delivery time
The delivery time of warehouse products is up to 5 working days and they can be picked up or sent out of Tartu. The estimated delivery time of the ordered products is indicated separately in the additional information of each product, both in the brief information about the product (For example: Estimated delivery up to 10. January 2023) as well as in the additional information at the bottom of the product (For example: DELIVERY TIME 10-14 weeks from the order).
NB! The actual delivery time may sometimes change inadvertently due to circumstances beyond our control. To get a more accurate delivery time before ordering or while waiting for an order, write to us at info@comfy.ee address by naming the product(s), and in the case of an order, be sure to include the order number.
*Orders whose deadline on the order confirmation is from 21.12.2022 to 08.01.2023 may arrive in the second week of January, i.e. 09.-.15.01.2023, due to several intermediate public holidays (both in Estonia and elsewhere in Europe).
While waiting for the order, it is possible to withdraw from the order at any time, receiving a refund of all the fees paid for the order (incl. transportation), for this you need to write a free-form application to the e-mail address info@comfy.ee .
